45ml Frapin 1270 Cognac
15ml Grand Marnier Cognac
30ml Karajoz Cold Brew
15ml Demerara Syrup or brown sugar
Prepare some cold brew with Karajoz Coffee
and combine ingredients, then shake vigorously.
Strain into a brandy snifter and garnish with
2-3 coffee beans. Add ice cubes if it’s a scorcher
of a day!
60ml Vanilla Vodka
15ml Cream de Cocoa
1 Scoop of Vanilla ice cream
Combine the Vanilla Vodka, Cream de Cocoa
and the Kahlua into a shaker. Drop in the 3 ice
cubes. Shake until chilled. Serve in a martini
glass, top off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Serve with small spoon, and garnish with a few

Half shot of Brandy
Half shot of Grand Marnier
Half shot of Kahlua
120ml of hot Karajoz Coffee
Half cup of whipped cream
Half cup of sugar
1 orange peel
Whip the cream until soft peaks, then add sugar
to taste and blend. Lightly burn your orange peel
with a lighter, this helps extract oils and flavours
the coffee. Pour Brandy of choice, Grand Marnier,
Kahlua and your freshly brewed coffee (plunger
works well here). Stir with the orange peel and
spoon some whipped cream in, and you’re away.
